no, i'm talking about when you send in your old brooks brothers shirts and they send back new ones
Huh. I have never heard of this or done it. Anyone else here done something like this?
The only thing I can really think of is that some people really try to push the limits of the return/exchange policy after wearing the hell out of a shirt. I can’t say that would win you too many favors with sales associates though.
