What is the meaning of your blog's name?

I started this pseudo-anonymously and when I think of self-censorship of one’s identity, it is a form of silencing. So, I played off of that word. I also wanted to have something that didn’t use the words “style”, “blogger”, “fashion”, “sartorial” or any of those other words you see typically associated with menswear blogs. Finally, it had to be a phrase that would be easy to remember, but also ripe for climbing to the top of search engines when the term was entered.
